    What sets ALPHA apart from conventional sex machines?

    ALPHA’s defining feature is real-time variable stroke. Conventional machines typically require stroke depth to be set before use. ALPHA lets you adjust its 25–133 mm stroke while it is running, without breaking the rhythm.

    Does ALPHA support the app and remote control?

    Yes. F-Machine Connect supports local control and remote interaction, while the included wireless remote provides direct local control. We recommend using one control method at a time. When the app is connected via Bluetooth, the wireless remote may temporarily stop responding. Disconnect or close the app to restore remote control.

    Does ALPHA include preset modes?

    No. ALPHA is built around real-time control. Speed, start, pause and stroke depth can all be adjusted instantly through the app or wireless remote.

    How loud is ALPHA?

    ALPHA is designed to keep operating sound controlled, but it is not silent. Sound may increase at higher speeds, with longer strokes, heavier accessories or insufficient support. Some mechanical sound while adjusting the stroke is normal.

    Is ALPHA rechargeable or mains powered?

    ALPHA is mains powered. It uses a dedicated power adapter and must be connected to power before operation.

    Who is ALPHA designed for?

    ALPHA is designed for adults who value flagship engineering, intelligent control, real-time variable stroke and remote interaction.

    Can ALPHA use other accessories?

    Yes. ALPHA uses a 360° anti-rotation quick-release system with a Vac-U-Lock interface for compatible attachments.

    Which ALPHA configuration should I choose first?

    For a first purchase, start with the standard configuration. Add the USB Dong Adapter for toys with suction-cup bases, the FlexiFuk Flexible Adapter for greater freedom of angle, or the Ground Anchor for added stability under higher loads. Double Trouble for dual attachment support.

    Can ALPHA, PRO4 and GIGOLO share accessories?

    Yes. All three machines use the same connection system. Accessories including the USB Dong Adapter, FlexiFuk Flexible Adapter, Double Trouble dual mount and Ground Anchor can be used across all three, depending on your setup.

    Can I return the product after it has been opened or used?

    For hygiene reasons, ALPHA is classified as an intimate-use product. Unless there is a quality issue, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm the model, packaging, included items and exterior condition before opening.

    How long is the warranty?

    F-Machine products purchased through authorised channels are covered by a 12-month limited warranty. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised disassembly, abnormal use or incompatible accessories is not covered.
