Does GIGOLO support the app and remote control?

Yes. GIGOLO supports local control and remote interaction through the F-Machine Connect App, as well as direct control with the included wireless remote.

Does GIGOLO include preset modes?

No. GIGOLO is built around real-time control. Start, pause and speed can be adjusted instantly through the app or wireless remote.

Can the GIGOLO stroke be adjusted?

Yes. GIGOLO supports a 25–102 mm mechanically adjustable stroke. Stroke is set through the internal crank mechanism, not through the app or real-time electronic variable stroke.

Who is GIGOLO designed for?

GIGOLO is designed for adults who value a lighter body, intelligent control, remote interaction and easier storage.

How loud is GIGOLO?

GIGOLO produces normal motor and transmission sound during operation; it is not silent. Sound varies with speed, stroke, load, accessory weight, installation angle and support.

Can GIGOLO use other toys?

Yes. GIGOLO supports a 360° anti-rotation quick connect and a Vac-U-Lock interface for compatible toys. Confirm size, material, weight and stability before use.

Is GIGOLO rechargeable or mains powered?

GIGOLO is mains powered. It uses a dedicated power adapter and must be connected to power before operation.

Which GIGOLO configuration should I choose first?

For a first purchase, start with the standard configuration. It includes the main unit, wireless remote, push rod, standard interfaces, 203 mm hypoallergenic silicone toy, tool kit and carry bag.

Can ALPHA, PRO4 and GIGOLO share accessories?

Yes. All three machines use the same connection system. Accessories including the USB Dong Adapter, FlexiFuk Flexible Adapter, Double Trouble dual mount and Ground Anchor can be used across all three, depending on your setup.

Can I return the product after it has been opened or used?

For hygiene reasons, GIGOLO is classified as an intimate-use product. Unless there is a quality issue, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm the model, packaging, included items and exterior condition before opening.

How long is the warranty?

Officially authorised F-Machine devices include a 12-month limited warranty. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised disassembly, abnormal use or incompatible accessories is not covered.
