Will GIGOLO work in my country?
Yes. GIGOLO supports 110–240 V / 50–60 Hz. International orders include a Power Adapter + EU Power Cord and US / EU Plug Adapters. China domestic orders are supplied with a China-standard power cord.
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes on delivery?
Mainland China orders are handled through our Taobao store. We arrange delivery to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan with import duties and taxes covered. Other international destinations follow our confirmed duties-paid coverage or recipient-paid import arrangements. See the delivery information at checkout. Special territories and remote addresses need separate confirmation. Country-level availability does not confirm coverage for every postcode.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders are shipped in plain outer packaging with no F-Machine branding or product description identifying the contents.
Does GIGOLO require assembly?
Some simple assembly is required. Secure the support stand with screws, insert and hand-tighten the thrust rod, then fit the attachment by hand. A Tool Kit is included where needed. Once assembled, plug GIGOLO in and it’s ready to use.
Can I use GIGOLO without the app?
Yes. GIGOLO supports local control and remote interaction through the F-Machine Connect App, as well as direct control with the included wireless remote.
What attachments can I use with GIGOLO?
Yes. GIGOLO supports a 360° Anti-Rotation Quick Connect and a Vac-U-Lock interface for compatible toys. Confirm size, material, weight and stability before use.
Which GIGOLO configuration should I choose?
For a first purchase, start with the standard configuration. It includes GIGOLO with Single-Arm Stand, Wireless Remote, Thrust Rod — 350 mm, standard interfaces, 8-Inch Silicone Dong, Tool Kit and Padded Carry Bag.
Can I return GIGOLO after it has been opened or used?
For hygiene reasons, GIGOLO is classified as an intimate-use product. Unless there is a quality issue, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm the model, packaging, included items and exterior condition before opening.
How long is the warranty?
F-Machine products purchased through authorised channels are covered by a 12-month limited warranty. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised disassembly, abnormal use or incompatible accessories is not covered.
